Account Registration Requirements
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. masa49 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
Account Security Measures
- Never share your password with anyone, including masa49 staff. We will never ask for your password via email or chat.
- Please log out of your account when using a shared or public device. Ensure your personal devices are protected with a password or biometric authentication.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact masa49 customer support immediately through official channels and change your password right away.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the masa49 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity against other users is strictly prohibited.
Using automation software, bots, or any technical mechanism to exploit platform systems is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure and further legal action.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in legal action.
The masa49 platform must not be used as a channel for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. masa49 complies with all applicable financial compliance requirements.
Users are responsible for setting their own personal limits. masa49 provides self-control tools accessible from the account panel to help users manage their playing habits.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All deposits and withdrawals on the masa49 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Accepted payment methods include internet banking, DuitNow, and supported local e-wallets. masa49 does not accept foreign currency payments and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third parties.
Verified deposits are usually credited within minutes. However, masa49 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Minimum and maximum amounts for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits specified in your account panel.
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded to your account is subject to separate wagering requirements. Failing to meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus. Please review each promotion's terms before claiming.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Account Suspension & Closure
Masa49 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or for necessary compliance reasons.
Users whose accounts are closed due to terms violations are not entitled to any refund of funds associated with the violating activity. Legitimate funds unrelated to the violation will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the masa49 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of masa49 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, or repurposing any content without written authorisation from masa49 is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The masa49 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. masa49 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms of service of third-party providers separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Masa49 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform and may also be communicated via email to registered users.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
